Feedback gevenOrdered my subway on the subway app, it said it would be ready at 11:30 I showed at 11:33 and took my sandwich, and went back to work about half a mile! when I came to my work, I noticed that my subway was cold and was not roasted and had 1 piece of cheese. not the biggest deal. I went back and asked if there was any way out to get my sandwich remade, as it wasn't done right and was cold. the woman behind the counter called rose. go to open my sandwich and take it apart and tell me that this is made sandwich as soon as they get the job, so it was cold. I told her that I didn't want this sandwich after it had been searched, and she said I can only repeat it once while she rolled her eyes when I asked if there was a manager, of course it was her. I am extremely patient and understand mistakes. but ive worked in customer service long enough to know that not how they treat customers especially over a $5.29 sandwich!
Two workers inside. One sitting charging her phone. One cleaning up. Sign on door says back in 15 minutes. It’s 8:30 at night and they close at 9pm. Guess there is no service even when there are workers and it’s during business hours.
I walked in an open door at 8:25pm as another man walked out . The lady working began cussing me and said “I’m not %ing serving you ! I had that door locked for a reason and I’m hot and tired and nobody gives a 5+! !!! Get out I’m not serving you!!!! “ The sign says open until 9 … I’ll never return to that store
Great place that has made us feel right at home. They are constantly trying to make the store better and its always clean. Staff are the friendliest around
Supposed to be open but all employees are outside sitting and smoking cigarettes while the store is closed. Also didn’t wash hands while handling food product post cigarette break ?
