1st- you cannot go inside to the Subway off dublin-granville and Cleveland Avenue. You spend a long time slowly giving your order and repeating it. 2nd- We said we had 2 orders and they still tried to ring the 2 orders up together. 3rd-their scanner doesn't work for gift cards. The 3 or 4 people inside couldn't figure out how to use it and couldn't figure out how to manually enter it either. 4th- they got our 1st order wrong and there was very few ingredients on the 4 subs we ordered. Also, the bacon was not crispy at all. It was like a wet floppy noodle. 5th- I had to figure out how to pay another way which was embarrassing because I don't carry cash. Luckily I had my emergency credit card on me. The car behind was mad because it was taking so long. This was truly a terrible experience. I wouldn't recommend this subway.
I will never go back to this location again. I ordered two footlong sandwiches. There was 4 individual slices of ham on one sub. There were 4 banana peppers. The steak sub had hardly any steak and they were rude to me because I request more. I get they are trying to find ways to be cost effective but there are other ways to save money rather that ripping off customers. If you want your money's worth try the Subway location on 161 and Karl or Polaris. I was very disappointed with this store on Cleveland. I will NEVER return.
I recommend this Subway location! the staff were so friendly, service was fast, eating was fresh.
What can I say.. No yea's or na's..I got exactly what I ordered??
