Waffle House - Columbus

This waffle house is amazing! The food is great and the environment is clean and safe. The staff is friendly and welcoming, making you feel like part of the family. I recommend asking for Yurri, a sweet and friendly server. It's sad to know that servers only make $2-3 per hour, but they deserve a raise for their excellent service. Thank you to the staff for feeding hungry customers and creating a great atmosphere.

I am a regular at this restaurant and I have to say, it is the best! I always enjoy my meals here and they keep the place very clean. The bathroom smells and looks great, which is definitely a plus. I want to thank the server and the cook, they do a great job. You must request Yurri as your server, she is truly deserving of a $20 tip every time for her hard work. I often see her working hard with a double shift, as she has big aspirations and needs support from the community to achieve her goals. Make sure to ask her about her goals and consider tipping her enough for a pedicure or a few bills as servers rely on tips. Be mindful and generous.

I ordered a patty melt, a kid's waffle with bacon, and a kid's waffle with strawberries at this restaurant. Unfortunately, they were unable to make the waffles with ice cream as requested, so they recommended a different waffle flour. The food arrived missing both the strawberries and bacon. I felt like I was being a nuisance when I brought it up. I don't understand why it had to be so complicated, it's just breakfast. If the staff doesn't enjoy their job, they should find something they are passionate about. I have yet to receive my second kid's waffle and I became frustrated waiting for it.
