Wasabi Sushi Thai - Columbus

The food was great but our waitress was by herself and running the whole time

Got the teriyaki and my spouse the sashimi bento box.

All I can say is don't come here for the Thai food. The Japanese is okay. The sushi here is fairly average. I ordered the tom kha gai, and it was just horrible. It's supposed to be a spicy and sour soup. It has a unique taste that I absolutely love. Well, Wasabi's tom kha was sickeningly sweet. It was awful. I think this is the first time I have ever had to send food back because it was so awful I couldn't eat it. I ordered fresh spring rolls to have something light since tasting the soup ruined my appetite. The spring rolls came with one tiny shrimp in the middle that was sliced in half. I felt like the kitchen was punishing me for hating their soup. Also, the dipping sauce tasted like plain creamy peanut butter. The service here is decent, but I don't intend to ever order any of the Thai food on their menu ever again. There are many other, better Thai places in town.

It was my first time eating at Wasabi and the visit was great! Our server was amazing.

I absolutely love this restaurant, they have the BEST sushi , it is always clean and the staff is absolutely the best!! I recommend it to everyone who likes sushi and even people who don't eat sushi! It's one of the nicest places in town!!
