The hired work as if nobody had gone in. they do not recognize customers and hardly look. you will be helped if you apologise me and tell them why you are there. Food: 5/5

The wings we have ordered were amazing and at the point, but we also ordered the chicken sandwich, it was still raw. very disappointing and wasting money.

At 10:30 o'clock in a mobile order, paid and went to pick up our order. the door was closed, the manned saw us and ignored us while we knocked. we could see our commands in the window. there was a sign that they were closed at 11 o'clock. we were there before 11. would not recommend visiting.

This location WILL NOT answer their phone. I placed an order and over an hour later Doordash posts that they delivered the order. They DID NOT. I tried calling the location repeatedly and no answer. Wingstop customer service says all they can do is report it and request a refund from the franchise owner. Ridiculous!

This is the second time I place an order with this place. I honestly don't know why I even gave them another chance. They messed up my first order and they messed up this order too. They won't even answer the phone to answer why they sent this delivery incorrectly or to allow me to get my order done correctly. Terrible customer service.
