Visited Colwyn Bay this weekend and was generally disappointed with its decline then we found Briggs Wine Bar. A little gem, great friends staff brilliant drinks and a wonderful atmosphere. Will definatly make a point of calling back in next time I am in the area. Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
