This bakery is the absolute BEST in all of south Texas! The lemon cookies, pecan twist, tea cakes and sourdough bread is the ABSOLUTE BEST!!!! The guys in the bakery are fantastic and so incredibly friendly! The BEST BEST BEST!!!

My family and I came out of town during Wurstfest and decided to make a detour to Five Stones (where the bakery is located).Pros: Amazing customer service. Phenomenal bake goods. One of best sourdough breads we had in recent memory. One of the best sourdough bread we've had in recent memory. Their spinach squares are a flavor explosion The stromboli was very savoryCons: Though it didn't affect us they are only open Friday Sunday according to the sign. On popular days they seem like they sell out fast. Had someone in front of us buy out all the cookies. Though I get it's first come , first serve I still felt a fit disappointed someone could do that.

Hands down, one of the best artisan sourdough loaves, pre-fermented pizzas and brats, burgers and sandwiches.
