I think this has been the best local cuisine experience in Tabasco.

It is a bit out of the general routes but definitely worthwhile to go there. Excellent food. Had some vegetarian's in your groep, they'll make you something special.

Absolutely incredible place. I can’t believe I’ve just stumbled upon a real gem! Traditional kitchen, everything is cooked on open fire in a traditional way. Fantastic and attentive service. The food is super tasty plenty. Price is accessible. Highly recommended!

Best place if your are looking for the whole pack, a great place, great authentic traditional flavors and excellent hosts. They will make you feel at home. While you wait you can swing by the hamaca and take a nap. Portions are huge, be aware. Feel free to visit the Fogon were Nelly and staff will welcome you with a big smile.

Absolutely delicious meal. Nelly the head chef and owner is a wonderful cook who takes traditional tabascan food and makes it completely magical. Do yourself a favor and try as much food as you can here.
