Pillango Cafe - COMITÁN DE DOMÍNGUEZ

I have been negotiating much more than I had during my first visit to the cafe pillango. I chose this place to meet with a friend and a coffee lover! when we finished eating, baristas giovanna and lucelina arrived. they were very friendly and gracious. giovanna gave me a tour and answered all my asking. pride and care manifests in everything they say and do. the family is proud to deliver a superior product and go away to create a satisfying coffee experience. we were allowed to taste authentic kakao and roasted kakaobohnen. I also have coffee about Chemex method as well as a delicious latte that did not need sugar. after giovanni, heating the milk at the right temperature produces a sweeter product and reduces the need for added sweetener. it was perfect! the next day I returned to the caffe for a latte and a panini filled with cheese, pfefferoni and tomaten. they make their own brot. I also ordered a bag with fresh ground coffee. they can smell the kakao in their mix! I think I found my favorite barista here in comitan, chiapas! highly recommended!

They were very kind and...gracious.  Giovanna gave me a tour and answered all of my questions. Pride and care is manifested in everything they say and do. The family takes pride in delivering a superior product and go out of their way to create a satisfying coffee experience.  We were allowed to sample authentic cacao and roasted cacao beans. I also tried coffee via Chemex method as well as a delicious latte that needed no sugar. I returned to the cafe the next day for a latte and a panini stuffed with cheese, pepperoni, and tomatoes. They make their own bread. Yum! I also ordered a bag of fresh ground coffee to go. You can smell the cacao in their blend! I believe I've found my favorite barista right here in Comitan, Chiapas!  Highly recommended!
