Einstein Bros. Bagels

Me and my daughter had two of the specialty sandwich bagels, my daughter is allergic to peanuts and they forgot or missed that and added the honey almond spread to her sandwich. I called the store to tell them and I wish I would've asked the name of the young man who helped us, he was very apologetic about what happened and told me to come back and he would have another sandwich made. I went back to the store thinking I was going to have to wait for them to make it, but he had it ready to go and even gave a cookie and some extra bagels. My daughter loved it and even said she could tell this was made with love, you can tell he took his time and was intentional, it was delicious! My hope is that he reads this because I experienced the absolute best customer service that I've had in a very long time! I am thankful for his genuine love for his job and the care he took. It really is the little things that makes all the difference. I appreciate it and I will definitely be coming back again.
