Feedback gevenI ordered a special for multiple pizzas on the app that seemed like a good deal. Somehow the app only ordered one pizza at full cost. They refused to work with me. I asked to return it for a refund or to pay the difference for what I wanted originally. They told me there was absolutely no option. I waited so long for them to tell me they weren't willing to work with me that my pizza was cold by the time I sat down. The staff was nice, just not able to work with me bc of the owner, I'm guessing.
I love love love this location. Very fast service and they never disappoint.
Would be five stars if they didn't forget my drink twice
Danielle is a great cashier. We were traveling from out of state and she helped us discover new spots in the area. She also made sure that our food was excellent.
If I could give zero stars I would. We called and ordered a pizza over the phone. They sent our pizza through Door dash, and then told us that we needed to pay Door dash cash in order to receive our food. Ray then accused us of keeping the pizza and not paying for it because the door dash driver stated they delivered the pizza. I have camera footage that I am more than willing to provide, proving this is false. So we were left hungry, pizza-less, and accused of stealing. WILD! Ray was incredibly rude and did not offer any help. I hope the owners realize this manager is ruining their store and pushing customers away. Absolutely horrible experience and even worse management.
