The burgers are great and so is the service, but it floor and booths have seen better days.

So disappointed. My absolute favorite thing in the menu was the Onion Strings. Went there tonight, specifically for the onion strings (to put on burgers I was making at home), only to find out they've replaced them with onion rings. I took a chance and purchased 2 orders what a let down! The flavor the onion strings was no longer there and I got 7 ONION RINGS for $4 complete rip off! Never again.

Do not order to-go! Our meals were very sloppy and we were ripped off on our sides. Everytime we've dined in things were great but not ordering take out.

I live down the road and I come here a lot. But more often than not, my order is incorrect, or my burger is literally half raw. I understand the rare and medium rare burger types, but if I should expect anything other than a fully cooked burger, there should be a question when you order asking how you want your burger cooked. My added ingredients are not there, ingredients I didn’t even take off aren’t there either. I have excused it because I’ve worked in the food service industry for 7+ years and I “know how it is” as they say. But at this point, I’m not the only one this is happening to, and it’s unsafe. The manager needs to have a serious chat w their employees about fully cooked food and how to read an order slip. And perhaps review ServSafe manager courses for food safety.

Food is usually pretty good here but we went in today and the service was pretty terrible the guy up front with long brown hair was rude and you could tell he didn't even want to be there. If your that unhappy find another job. Not a fun experience, we were friendly too.
