Blackjack Pizza Salads - Commerce City

Ordered 8 wings received 7 , food was good just the count was off and the wings were kinda small but still good food

Called in for a deliver and a gentleman who gave me the name of kyle who is the store manager was rude from the beginning. I went through the menu so that my wife and kids knew what they wanted I begin by telling him I have a code he tells me to give it to him at the end of the order I ask for Jackpot pizza and he tells me they will not honor the price on their website cause it's a franchise and they charge different I ask what is the specials and he tells me that how does he know what if they have specials on lots of pizza's then rudely starts getting frustrated cause I asked to tell me the specials since they don't honor what's on their website and extremely rude asks if he can speak I say go ahead he agree on a three topping pizza for$16.99 and I ask for some salads clearly told him I wanted some garden salads and again tries to say I interrupted him when he didn't want to take my order finally agree on 2 antipasto salads with ranch dressing. He gives me the total and I proceed to tell him about a code they offer on any order it doesn't state that it doesn't work at the commerce city location he continues to be extremely rude letting me know that because I ordered a certain pizza I couldn't use the voucher they offered for $5.00 off . To whomever owns or Blackjack management or franchise how can you have a manager that hates his job so much that from the beginning didn't want to take my order continued being rude or is this how you train your staff to loose business because kyle hates his job and does not want to take orders for delivery. Maybe a $45.00 order isn't going to hurt your franchise but to not honor none of your prices and to treat the customer bad is not right. If you record your orders I called between 7:40 to 7:50 p.m 4/7/24. To other customers if you want to be treated bad and not know the prices commerce city colorado blackjack pizza is the worst customer service and they don't honor any coupon or price you find online they charge what they want $40 plus order for a large 3 topping pizza and two salads!! What a deal so electronic coupons or deals don't apply here cause it's an independent franchise please listen to the call I was never rude to the gentleman but some advice to him get another job or try to win the lottery cause I've never seen or heard anyone hate their job as much as kyle the manager

The Staff are awesome. The restaurant is always clean. The food is prepared and cooked correctly.

Normally we are never disappointed. The last order we got the pizza was not as good. Maybe it was because it was later in the night and close to their closing or maybe a newer person was making the pizza but she didn’t put sauce towards the edge of the crust. There were large areas without sauce and the hand tossed as so thin the pizza was dry. I’m still giving 5 stars because like I said, our previous experiences have been really good.

I love that i can still order a pizza pick it up and pay for it then! I have lived near a many blackhack pizzas and this location by far is the
