Dairy Queen Grill Chill - Commerce City

Every time I visit this Dairy Queen, they inform me that they don’t have chicken strips, even though they are listed on the menu board. I can't help but feel that the staff might be a bit lazy.

The food arrived 15 minutes late, and by the time it got here, it was lukewarm. Additionally, the dipping sauce had spilled all over everything in the box, and I was missing one of the blizzards I ordered.

We were thrilled to have a Dairy Queen open in our neighborhood, but our experience last night was quite disappointing. We waited over 30 minutes for our blizzards, while customers who arrived after us were served, finished their desserts, and left before we even received our order. We eventually had to go in and ask for our blizzards, as it seemed our order had been forgotten. We are very disappointed and will not be returning to this location; we’d rather drive farther for better service.

Kinda gross experience. I ordered my ice cream, once I came to the window it was melted. I had also ordered fries, was charged for them, but I had to remind them I ordered them. I waited for my fries to be made. When I got them they tasted like fish stick batter or shrimp batter residue. Not very clean. Also saw an employee picking at the food as it was being made. I just think the manager may be inexperienced and not worried about the image she portrays to customers. She also had her mouth full of food while walking through the kitchen. Gross.

We live down the street so we go here often. Yesterday was our best visit! We went to pick a cake out for my son's birthday and get a couple of cones. They had everything we needed even candles for the cake. Everything came out quickly which was nice even though we weren't on a time crunch or anything. Our cashier/server AJ made it a great experience for our family. AJ was very accommodating, cheerful and friendly!
