I'm surprised by this subway ,,,, they had never prepared my sandwich with such care and care.
This used to be the best Subway in Commerce. They had the best service, employees, and always fresh. The past 2 times I have visited the same employee has assisted me. This employee had orange hair tonight, I believe her name started with an M. Both of these times she was very short, rude, unpleasant and made me feel as if it was a burden to make the 4 sandwiches I ordered. Several times I didn’t hear or understand her and would say Ma’am?. This annoyed her. I was reading on my phone what needed to be on a couple of the sandwiches to tell her and she would get annoyed and I would say I’m sorry and she would roll her eyes. Tonight while I was at the register a gentleman was asking the lady at Godfathers about how long the pizzas had been out in the warmer(right next to the register I was at). Her response to him with attitude was “they are made fresh”. He asked several more times and she continued to give the same generic answer. He asked how long they had been in the warmer she answered a gain with the same response each time more rude, loud and hateful. He then asked if they had been there less than 10 minutes, same answer. Then the lady with the orange hair checking me out piped up she’s already answered you multiple times. He said I just want to know how long they have been in the warmer..less than 10 minutes, more than 10 minutes??… this lady finally rudely said they been there about 10 minutes. During this exchange he also was inquiring on the all meat if one was in the warmer because he didn’t see it…the lady working the pizza station rudely tells him they’re is some there read the labels.The entire encounter tonight and from my previous visit was so unprofessional and disheartening. I have never in my life been made feel so bad for another customer and for myself to be a customer at an establishment.The service at this location has truly gone downhill along with the other subways in this area.
Second time in 3 months I've placed an order for 4 people, got to the register learned their Subway gift card reader doesn't work. Two of the 4 in my party wanted roast beef, which is also no longer available. What kind of sub shop doesn't have roast beef? Not returning. Very disappointed. ????
I am so thankful for the staff at this Subway. The food and service was excellent and on top of all that, I accidentally left my purse there, it was noticed and retrieved by staff and safely secured until I could make arrangements to have it shipped to me. My gratitude goes out to this helpful and trustworthy staff.
