Carl's Jr. - Compton

Ordered and paid for $30 worth of food for 2 ppl to get there and be told that they don't get the order! I said there was an order number and a digital entry that says I paid for an order here. the person on the other side of the loudspeaker only said that we didn't get it and offered no other help until I had suggested to come inside to show him my reception. then he just said move forward and we'll look at it. so it took about 20 minutes in a trip thru it took 20 minutes to pick up a contract that was paid for 20 minutes before I even went home. I will not go back to this place, and it is the closest to my home.

Disappointed the lobby was closed until further notice because I was on a lunch break and had to eat in my car. Tried the new honey chicken sandwich and it was alright but nothing special. A little dry since the drizzle of spicy honey is really the only condiment. Couldn't taste the cheese either because of the honey. $8 for just the sandwich which is a bit pricey, but everything at Carl's is a little pricey these days. They should really offer more promos/coupons like McDonald's and Burger King does on their apps. I would probably give this trip a 3 star, but the Western Bacon Cheeseburger has a special place in my heart so I'll go easy.

I love carls, but sometimes the microphone does not work, and communication is difficult. the up-sale application then causes a simple order to be a long extended nightmare. they ask themselves, they are angry because I have no more orders they ask you again and again: do you want something more? and it never stops. I asked her five or six times, is that all, sir? do you want cake? smoothie? blah blah blah blah blah blah and once that I have actually canceled the job and. the person behind me forced to backup. they call their head office to complain and they have an answer machine. Carls eating is the best notch. but their TV ads are sad, and their service is really terrible through their own up-sale program. it shows respect for the customer and it doesn't matter to them. So I'm going to other burgers more often. carl listens to their customers for the first time. Stop shaking her like a Hollywood cult religion. five young, fat burger, wendys and even del taco make great burger. do not forget in-and-out. they need a time.

Carl's Jr is lame. I always feel like I'm getting ripped off when I buy food at Carl's. The prices are that of some premium burgers, but you get mediocre burgers

Basic food, easy to make, customer service is ok, this at least looks at me in the eye and smile. and that makes me confident.
