Feedback gevenThis place has such bad customer service. I called to place an order, but I had a question in regards to the extra service on my online order. So before I placed my order I called not once but twice because the first call they hung up and the second call I was on hold for more than 18 f'n minutes.. can you believe that.. I understand that it's busy not not that busy to leave someone on hold for that long and hung up for a second time. Not cool especially when your trying to get dinner late... this place always leave you on hold or the manager a big lady has a bad a attitude. This place needs a new staff with a better manager and employees that actually take proper calls as they are received and not left on hold...
I placed an order over the phone for a 2 med-2 topping pizza. Unfortunately, one pizza had 2 toppings and the other seems like just basic pepperoni instead of 2x the pepperoni like I order.. you tell me? Sincerely, A paying customer
This was the worst pizza I've ever had in my life . The mariner was so watered down it was as if the bread absorbed it all to the point it was no mariner on it at all . The pizza had no flavor. Pineapples weren't sweet how I don't know because their from a can smh). Stuff crust was like a very flat cheese stick it didn't even stretch and the pizza was hot. Do you think their using real cheese ? I paid $32 for 1 pizza and boneless wings. That I was more then willing to pay until it's not worth it. Very bad quality of materials. I wonder if this is acceptable in other communities? Who am I kidding of course it ISN'T. SMH it's sad that we can't recycle our community dollar because our community can't even give us subpar customer service in quality of food. To the point that we shop and eat everywhere but home.
The worst service possible. The pizza is always under cook. From the manager to the people that work there are extremely rude. Tonight I ordered for delivery, tracker never updated. so I called after waiting 30 min I would call and get placed on hold without even getting a hello or greet. The call would then hang up stating call failed. When I asked the employee which was the manager from what she said, she then said sorry are call system works like that because of the long wait time on the phone. I was amazed I have never heard of that. She then said that my ordered was canceled because the driver called and it went to voice mail and they called from the store and it also went to voice mail. Then I asked what happened to contactless delivery. She then stated that since I did not pay for the order I had to go out to greet the driver and pay. Which then I stated not true I see that I got charged them refunded. Once she verified and noticed that I wasn't lying she then said I had to state I wanted contact less. my daughter likes the pasta from here and I order delivery from them before I know that all drivers get off and come to the door. My thought is that the delivery guy had to many deliveries called the number noticed it did not answer and canceled the order. I say that because when I called the first time to ask about the order the caller stated carry out only is that ok? Thats when I knew I had made an error by choosing to order pizza. I do not recommend ordering from here at all avoid it at all possible cost there is other pizza shops near by. They need to get the owner involved and have the whole staff retrained. Or get a new owner that cares about the money that the residents are spending at the store. I feel like the employees and owners feel that because it's Compton their service doesn't have to be at a standard. But if we where in a different area this would not fly.
Sooooooo we ordered a pizza from this establishment!!! Just to get our pizza with H A I R in it!! Sooo are we not wearing hair nets at this location ?? Called to tell them I was offered to have the pizza remade . When that should be a refund my money back because how is it hair in my pizza ? '??? Half a star
