Feedback gevenThe server who assisted us was extremely friendly and helpful while we were placing our order. Our food arrived quickly and it was delicious. I had the Mediterranean wrap combo, while my husband ordered the 2 for $6 roast beef with cheese sauce, along with crinkle-cut fries and sweet tea. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!
The staff here are incredible—so friendly, and the food is consistently fresh. This is unequivocally my favorite spot!
I understand that no one wants to be served just 10 minutes before closing, but it's quite rude not to at least communicate that through the drive-thru. Some customers might arrive late and simply want a quick dinner, but clearly, Arby’s isn't a viable option if they're closing at 10:00 PM and we arrive at 9:50 PM.
The staff seem disinterested and unengaged. It feels like they don’t want to be there, and unfortunately, it affects the overall dining experience. I recommend choosing another place where customers are valued and attended to. They rarely check in to see if anything is needed, and when you do try to ask for assistance, they seem to walk away instead.
We waited 40 minutes in line, and the food was far from edible. Having worked in the food industry myself, I understand the behind-the-scenes challenges, but this experience was simply unacceptable. The management clearly needs improvement. I'm very disappointed.
