Bistro Union Street - Concord

I've been a frequent visitor to this restaurant and have always enjoyed the food, but after hearing about how they removed a breastfeeding mother from her work schedule simply because they consider pumping milk inappropriate, I can’t return! This is shameful! Scheduling them for three weeks straight without offering any additional shifts because they use a pump is unacceptable! While you didn't fire her, keeping her on a limited schedule just because she has a pump is discriminatory. She should not have been taken off the work schedule in the first place. I had heard stories about the management team, but I didn't believe them until I saw this situation unfold. Robin and Anthony, I expected more from you! I will not be coming back until you consider the well-being of nursing mothers and adjust your scheduling practices.
