Feedback gevenOrdered by the app my standard chicken burrito huh, white rice, fresh tomato salsa, acid cream, romaine lettuce, fajita veggies. it was delivered. it showed up without haw and no tear. it is literally salate and looked sour. on chipotles credit they immediately reacted to my app complaint and gave me credit for a free participant, but if I tried to use it, the restaurant would not deliver because it needs a $10 minimum. So I had to cancel all the order. I would not write this critique if it was for the fact that they forget the chicken and rice. the only thing that's crazy when they forget the tortilla and they just salat and sour cream packed in tin foil.
Like most almost food sites, it's understated because nobody wants to work. it still seems a bit miraculous to push through the regular line. the To-go line was really supported a lady left after waiting 30 min for you to go order prepared. the Soda machine was out of order looking as if they clean the nozzles, which is good to keep them sanitary. they would, however, think that this would be done after hours to prepare for business day. I'm sure it's due to the staff.
I put an order for 1:20, arrived and it was not ready. I spoke to the guy who prepared the commands to let him know that I wait on an order, and he said, "It doesn't matter that they wait" and he had to fill the door- Dash orders first. He told me not to blame him, but to blame him. well, maybe I am, but a customer should wait to take priority. I will not come back because I was too late for this work*. edit found that my food was ready and was there for about 15 minutes. I got it cold. better, chipotle
I went to chipotle 11/5/2022 today. I asked for a special package for my burrito and the little girl who cared for me, begins to give me an employment because of my request. I asked her if there was a problem and she said, "I think it's strange like the hell". I asked someone to help me, and the other young lady helped me. the young continued their mouth. I talked to a manager I don't think has done anything. it was a terrible experience. the customer service was terrible. this place is practical for me, but I will never return. These young adults must be taught customer service if they decide to work in the service sector. chipotle needs to be better trained and it is management.
To be honest, I used to HATE this location when I moved here back in 2020. I recently went about 3 weeks ago to give it another chance… and I’m so glad I did. The service was fantastic and my bowl was loaded and fresh. Also, I asked for a just a tiny bit of queso (still expecting to be charged the $1.50 extra for it) but they didn’t charge me a dime!!! I will deff be coming back.
