Col's Kitchen - Concord

This was my first time in Concord, NH and I almost missed Col's Kitchen. Thankfully, my friends in Concord told me about Col's delicious vegan options, so I turned around and went back. I tried the Southwestern burger with a side of potato salad and a cupcake for dessert. The food and the staff were fantastic!

I ordered the summer rolls as a starter, a chocolate milkshake (which was made with milk and delicious), and the "Ps-and-Qs Pad Thai" for my main course. The Pad Thai was incredibly tasty! My little brother raved about his "Feelin Good Falafel Burger", saying it was the best burger he had ever had. This review has been updated from a previous review on May 16, 2022.

The staff at this restaurant were incredibly kind and friendly. We even had a nice conversation with one of the chefs about food. We tried the brussel sprouts (decent), flower wing with ranch (very tasty), pad thai (delicious), and a cakeshake (also delicious). We also took home a Boston cream cupcake, which was wonderful and not too sweet. I definitely plan on returning to try more items on their menu, especially the pie shake (unfortunately they were out of it when we visited). A special thanks to Jordan, the owner, who went out of his way to wait on us and show us pictures of his sweet dog, Col!

Very delicious food! I tried almost everything on the menu at the first station and it was all great! even my not vegan friend loved it.

They are in a nice big space on main Street, plenty of parking on street in front. We had the philly cheesesteak, the beyond burger, and the seitan wings. Our friend had the pad Thai. Everything was great and service was too. Nearby is the food coop so check that out too after you're done.
