Cook Out - Concord

I'm not going here often. Every time I do, I remember why I stop first. the customer service is absolutely ridiculous. I understand that some people are hard to treat, but for those of us who try to be respectful, why not return the quality. I hate it when people are rude. I will not return!

The food is good, but you never get everything you order. Today I ordered strips, fries, and a wrap, but I got a corn dog instead of fries. One time I got an entirely different order down to the drink. The food is good, but hopefully you’re in the mood for whatever the workers decide you’re getting!

Every time we come to this cook out they screw up our order this time they forgot a quesadilla gave me 3 onion rings instead of a double order Of onion rings and only one hot dog per tray when we ask for 2 hot dogs per tray. I don't understand why we keep coming back

The girl at the window was nice, but boy… the food. My son and I both got very few fries. He got jalapeños in his walking taco that I asked them not to add. They forgot the jalapeños and lettuce on my cheeseburger even though the order was repeated correctly back to me, and the bun had thick charcoal powder on it.
