Dunkin' - Concord

This Dunkin' is a fantastic place where you can truly be yourself, and the staff are wonderful. It feels like one big family. I currently work there, and it has become like a second home to me.

I ordered a cup of coffee and a donut, and I must say, this is one of the cleanest restaurants I've ever seen. The bathroom was immaculate, and the display case was impressive — check out the pictures below! The drive-thru experience was smooth, with a friendly and humorous staff. Just so you know, the restaurant has been recently remodeled, and it should serve as a new standard for the company moving forward. Overall, it was an awesome experience—truly exceptional!

This Dunkin' location appears to be the top choice in the area. The staff is incredibly friendly and professional. I've visited multiple times, and my order has always been accurate. When I place an order through the app, it's always ready when I arrive. I highly recommend this spot!

This dark position seems to be the best in the opposite. the personal is very friendly and professional. I am here several times and my order is always correct. if I use the app to order further, it is always ready when I get there. I would highly recommend this place.

I was behind four cars and waited 20 minutes without any response. I went inside to speak with the staff, then left to head to the gas station. When I returned, the situation was still the same—I waited for another 10 minutes. If they can't assist customers or don’t have the ability to provide service due to a closed sign, then they really need to reevaluate their operations.
