Feedback gevenForget this location real disappointment on the regular and trust me I go often and have offered endless patience but the lack of bacon on a $5 sandwich and the hit and miss iced coffees combined with attitudes and double charged in multiple occasions leave me no choice but to find another location
Ended up paying twice for a latte that I waited 10 mins for.. orders were backed up, when I said I paid already I simply got it 's not on the ticket reluctantly I agreed to pay for it as i was in a rush to work. When I got my food out the bag, guess what I found? The receipt which said I paid already...smh. original order was 211, got changed again on 225.
I asked about my hot coffee 3 times I got my coffee and drove away when I stopped right next to the loading in red, there was no French vanilla in my coffee. there was no attention to my order. I went back to drive thru and explained there were no French vanilla in the coffee, the girl looked at me as if I were crazy! I asked for another cup and got one I tasted before I left the window and it was there. the girl obviously did not know how to edit my order and needs more training for the order of men! that's not the first time I had problems with this!
This place is terrible. every time I go through the drive thru, I sit at least 5 minutes at the loudspeaker before someone acknowledges me. I understand they're all busy, but it's called a running gear thru out of a ground. every time I get to the window and paid, they'll inform me from one of the ordered items. the personal is ridiculously rude and will sit on the window and mash over the customers talking and opening with the window. I have never seen a place so unorganized and unprofessional. they need a whole new staff, including the administration.
This place sucks. Every time I get through here, the order is always wrong. Staff are rude and do not care for their customers. I was here two days in a row and my order was both wrong. Don't come here unless you want to be demolished.
