New Hampshire Doughnut Co. - Concord

Had a great experience here today. Donuts were amazing and service was fantastic! Love supporting small local businesses.. this place will definitely be on our Concord, NH must visit again list.

AMAZING! Family owned operated. Super nice friendly people. Great coffee. Delicious speciality donuts! Great quality merchandise to promote the business as well!!! Highly recommend!

[Revised review upward based on business response. For the donuts, I 'd give 5 stars. I 'm annoyed with the management right now. They and their loyalty club get one star. I 've been going in there once a week or so since they opened this location. I 'm enrolled in their loyalty club. Usually I pay with the same debit card every day, and it tells me my point total after the purchase. This morning I did nothing, so I asked the staff. First they said Oh, you needed to login first. Sorry. I think if you log in now you can still get them. So I hit the login prompt on the sale terminal, and gave it my phone . Then it freezes showing me their logo. I point this out. They say It says enrollment notcompleted. Sorry, it 's too late now. No offers to try anything else, like backing out the charge and starting over. Nada. Granted, it 's only 6 points, but still really annoying. Then I get to my office, sign into my email, and there 'smy usual email receipt. So clearly the system DID know who I was. And at the bottom of the receipt is an offer to JOIN their loyalty club to claim my points from the purchase. Now I 'm thinking my existing points are gone too. So I enterthe phone number again on the join form. It says Thank you for joining and has magically found my previous loyalty points. Now, I 'm glad I didn 't lose those points, but really, if this is a system upgrade, it 's a LOUSY one from thecustomer perspective. If the donuts weren 't so good I 'd be walking away permanently.

EDIT: the owners personally called me and came back to the store to make sure I was able to get my order. Nobody goes the extra mile like small business owners! They could’ve just refunded me call it a day. I’m very appreciative of the rapid response and thoughtfulness! The donuts are delicious, as always.I made an order last night and was told I could pick it up until 1 pm. I got to the store today at 12:45 pm and it was locked. No one was in. Tried calling the number twice and got an automated message. I could see my order on the rack… I understand if you sell out before close, but if you have orders to be picked up someone should stay at least until close. 1 pm is 1 pm. I’m not Concord based and decided to make an order because I would be in town today. Im extremely disappointed and by the service and would like my money back please.

NH Doughnut Co. has such a cute shop located in Concord. Parking garage is right behind it, so plenty of parking! We had NH Doughnut Co. cater donuts for our wedding, and everyone LOVED them! We were lucky to work with Amanda, the owner of NHDoCo, who provided us with tons of information and was extremely helpful regarding taste testing donuts, wedding day flavor selections, and wedding day donut delivery. It's been a month a half since our wedding, and our family members are still talking about how amazing the donuts were. 5 stars!
