Skipolini's Pizza - Concord

Tessa the waitress was awesome! The other waitress served us salad and asked if we needed forks. Felt a little insulted, cause doesnt every one eat salad with forks. Food was great! Never disappointed at the Concord location.

We ordered our pizza through the website. There’s no way to track even though it’s delivered by DoorDash. Our pizza arrived with half of the toppings on half of the pizza because they had slid over. I would rather order through DoorDash and pay a little extra than to ever order off of the website again.

Super disappointed tonight. I 've been a Skips customer for over 20 years. I 'm now out of the area and wanted to go to Skips while visiting. Unfortunately, the service was the worst I have seen. There was only 5 of us. They couldn 't figure out where to seat us, but there were plenty of options. They finally put 2 tables together right next customers waiting. We moved the tables over to allow more space. We then sat for at least 15 minutes, while others were sat. There was a staff putting together a large table and wiping down all of the chairs. As he walked by I attempted to get his attention Twice (he walked right past me) and was ignored. The manager was at another table chatting it up. After staring him down he came by and asked what I needed. I replied a server would be great . He looked annoyed and said she She 'll be with you. And still nothing. After another 5 minutes, another waitress brought plates to another table next to us (they had only waited about 5 min). Again nothing... so we got up and left and took our business elsewhere. Skip is rolling over in his grave right now.

I've only been to the walnut Creek location but came to the Concord one to have the Prego pizza. It has never worked for me in the past but it's delicious and it's become a tradition for me with each child Ive had. It didn't quite have enough spice in it this time but it was still tasty. I also had the caprese salad and it wasn't worth the price. Not enough balsamic or basil and the tomatoes were a bit too soft and ripe. I still like this place and would come back.

The soggiest pizza you'll ever buy! Some people seem to like soggy pizza but I don't.
