Subway - Concord

I ordered a steak and cheese sandwich from this restaurant. The woman serving me put one and a half scoops of meat on it. When I asked for a little more, she obliged. However, they ended up charging me for double meat, even though it was a regular size sandwich. This has happened to me twice now, and I won’t be returning to this location again.

I visited the restaurant just 10 minutes before closing the other night and received exceptional service. Jennifer was fantastic! Even though they were out of meatballs, she went ahead and cooked some just for my sub. The sandwich was perfectly toasted, looked great, and tasted delicious! I would have completely understood if they had said they couldn’t serve me so late, but instead, they welcomed me and went above and beyond to make my takeout experience wonderful. Thank you, Jennifer! You truly deserve a raise!

The new prices are somewhat steep, but the service was friendly and prompt.

Michelle was fantastic! I arrived at 10 AM and ordered six footlongs, and she handled everything perfectly. Thank you for the excellent customer service!

I've never had any issues with them in the six years I've been coming here.
