The food was very delicious and the amount was a lot, at least to us. The price for dinner was reasonable and we ended ip super fullwith two appetizers and two main dishes. I?d suggest to book a reservation before arriving so you don?t have to wait in acrowed.
Stopped here for dinner while on a weekend trip from CT. Let me just say their rating doesn't do them justice I got the pot roast dinner. I didn't even need the knife and cut it w my fork. The pot roast Melted in my mouth , dish was packed w lots offlavor. The only criticism I have is It didn't come w enough gravy for my liking and didn't know I could order extra, will donext time. Since it was so filling I decided to get the roll house cookie pie to go for later in the hotel room. Bill under $34, CAN'T BEAT THAT!!!!
We were looking for any dine in restaurant on our way from Franconia Notch to Boston. Decided to stop in Concord, found an exit from highway and saw this restaurant immediately. It has very unusual interior, like a mix of all kind old vintage things. Ourtable was on the second floor, pretty spacious interior, with 2 liquor bars, many tables, restrooms, elevator. The A/C was verypowerful, so we had to bring our jackets. The food was simple and delicious, even the kids menu didn't have some junk, but hadhealthy varieties. There was a separate table with crackers and some homemade spreads made with cream cheese for free.
Just down the street from where we were staying, The Common Man was an easy choice for us; and it was a great one. Leah, our server, was cheerful and attentive, and our food was delicious. We didn?t get desert because our entrees were generous andfilling (I had the Nantucket Pie?pictured). When in Concord?and hungry?stop in!
Not my first visit to a common man but my first visit to their Concord location. The atmosphere is very similar to their Lincoln NH Location. I love the open rustic lodge feeling. The food was excellent as always and Logan, our server was very sweet andcharming. Sadly due to Covid the complimentary snacks don?t even come close to what they use to be. Hopefully when businessreturns this amenity will improve. If you haven?t been to a common man definitely check them out!
