Feedback gevenI visit this restaurant frequently to get food. The cashiers are always kind and friendly, however, the card readers have been out of order for more than 3 weeks. This is very inconvenient and causes delays during the check out process. It seems like fixing the card reader should be a top priority. If I'm in a rush, I end up going to a different restaurant.
I recently stopped at FILTHY restaurant on my way from St. Louis to Kansas City. I was shocked to find the bathroom in such a disgusting state. There was urine all over the toilets, no toilet paper, and no soap available. When another customer asked for soap, the employee informed them that they were out of stock. When questioned about how the employees wash their hands, they replied that they don't use the bathroom. The floors were dirty and the soda counter was sticky. The only positive aspect was that there were a few napkins left in the dispenser. I don't blame the employees working that day, as it seemed to be a result of a lack of staff and resources.
The sub station is no longer available and the wings now leave much to be desired. The previous wings were fantastic, but there have been many negative changes.

Waited 45 minutes past the promised time for my order. Then the manager accused us for not paying for the pizza. Said he would call me back . Never did! The pizzas were doughy. Not enough pepperoni on them. Was charged for extra marinara sauce for the breadsticks but never got them! Very upset with this Casey’s. We spent $76.63!!!!!!!
