Excellent Visit.As expected; the food was excellent and the restaurant was clean and well maintained as always. This morning however my boyfriend and I experienced the added bonus of a good laugh with the manager on duty. I wish I knew her name because she was just great )We were ordering 4 bagels and a tub of smear, when this helpful gal recommended that we add two more bagels and order the half dozen deal. She actually saved us a few dollars advising us to order our breakfast this way. Every little bit of cash saved these days helps.We will certainly return to this particular location.
Went through drive through this morning (3-31) and a large white female who was working the window proceeded to get angry with me bc I didn’t leave a tip in the drive through. Weirdo.
I’ve frequented this location many times just due to the convenience of using the drive thru on the way to work, but I’ll be going out of my way to go to another location after the unprofessional behavior from the drive thru cashier this morning. It was already quite ridiculous that they established a system of holding the credit card machine out the window until you select what tip you’d like to leave while they watch you. Today, they decided to take that one step further and take your card from you, then ask if you want to leave a 1,2, or 3 dollar tip. I said zero, and the employee clearly displayed being upset at me for that choice. So she pushed a button out of my view, and shoved my bag at me and closed the window before I could ask for the receipt. Honestly, from her behavior, I couldn’t trust that she actually selected the option I requested. So I attempted to get her attention and when she finally came back to the window, she was blatantly rude and asked what I wanted. I asked for the receipt, and she acted like. 5 year old child handing me the receipt. This tipping system is already ridiculous, now you’ve upped the ante and try and force everyone to tip? If your employees are underpaid, increase your prices. I certainly didn’t appreciate hostility for choosing not to tip.
