Soul Vegetarian #1

The food was bomb I expected light items from a vegan spot. The service was slow only one person working the front, but it was well worth the wait in what I believe is a family owned business. I was recommended the spot by someone in the area. I know it's gotta have a good name because the vegan calzone had me fooled. Better than any regular calzone I've had. The Mac and cheese and greens (also vegan) made this the best plate of food I've had all year. Thanks for the service.

(June 13, 2024 So I went back today to express my dissatisfaction with the banana pudding. I got to meet the new manager, who was extremely personable and very customer friendly. He gladly allowed me try to choose something else and said they just want their customers to be happy. How can you not love a business like that??? SV, I'll be back! : (June 12, 2024 The entrée meal I ordered was delicious; the service had some highs and lows. But the banana pudding totally ruined my day! I didn't find out until AFTER I had paid that the banana pudding was $12.50??? I was literally in shock. I asked for a refund but the cashier said they couldn't take it back since I took it out of the store. For $12.50 it should taste so good that I’d be back begging for more! Unfortunately, that was not the case... I am so sorry this happened because I really like their food. In the future, SV, please post your prices and bring back the printed menu. As for me: ask before you pay!
