Feedback gevenHonestly I love this place. The portions are ridiculously large and price point is fair. We ordered the combo for 2 for dinner and got soup, egg rolls, crab Rangoon, and Mongolian beef with sweet and sour chicken. It was so yummy. Pass on the sweet and sour chicken as it was more bread than anything but I was a fan of the Mongolian beef.
My boyfriend and I is dealing with bad bad diarrheasince eating this yesterday. Upon arriving the cook was laying on the chair knocked out snoring. I had to yell HELLO and he was shocked I was inside the building. I shouldv'e known this was the Chinese restraint from hell. The floor is filthy It smells I can only imagine how the kitchen look Yall everytime i pass gas I am pooping. The food had a sour taste I am so so disappointed.
I love this place, they give big portions (excluding their cheaper lunch and dinner specials). We always order hot and sour soup, egg drop soup, egg rolls, Mongolian beef and sesame chicken with fried rice. It lasts us about 3 days.
Pagoda is definitely hands down the best Chinese Restaurant in Midtown!!! The portion sizes are huge and the prices are very reasonable. The place is small and kind of a hole in the wall and really not ideal to eat in but for takeout 5 stars!!!!! You will not be disappointed. I usually get the House Egg Foo Young, House Fried Rice, and Sesame or General Tso's Chicken. Give these folks a try!
This place is a hidden gem. For takeout Chinese, Pagoda has been consistently great time and time again. I typical stick with the Egg rolls, fried rice, lo mein, and a few other staples and have never had a bad meal. The portion sizes great and they are usually quick when I call in my order. If you are looking for quality takeout at a great price I'd look here.
