Feedback gevenLiterally just had the worst chicken sandwich of my life from this wendy’s. The meat was tough and discolored(?!? and the breading was soaked.
Went through the drive thru and the person taking the order was rushing us the entire time. Didn’t even get our order right because he was in such a rush(no one else was there). And then pulled us forward. Come to find out it was literally the manager. He was very rude to us and whenever we asked for sauce and a straw (because he forgot it) he huffed and puffed. And then brought us out one straw and one sauce. (We had multiple combos). Terrible service and very rude workers, very telling especially since it was coming from a manager.
I ordered two kids meals, and a baconator, I walked out with a baconator single, I'm missing two fries and a toy, so now the kids are crying, extremely expensive, and the guy at the counter (addon) can't speak up which made the ordering processes difficult and uncomfortable, the place was filthy and I had to wait 20 minutes for food that wasn't even good. Do not go
Spent over 60 bucks for them to barely even listen and give the order correctly. Never going back again. Manger did offer to redo it and everything but I don’t have time to go back when it should be right to begin with. Shouldn’t have to open every burger and sandwich and make sure they actually listened. Multiple things were just wrong with the order that I just gave up at one point. Won’t be back. I’m sorry.
Place is usually nasty people n nasty meal. especially, nasty young girl at the window who failed to add condiments or receipt for my meal. both were requested.2/25/24 early afternoon
