Wendy's - Conover

I love wendys. her service is always on point and so is her eating. I command the 4 for 4 and bring them chili and shy to my double stacker that is the bomb! that means delicious lol. I'm not a fan of wendys pommes, so I get a side salad. I guess wendy’s make affordable for good fast eating.

It used to be a great, fast food. Mediocre lately. A 20-minute waiting period at noon is no plus. (especially if there are only 5 people in front of you. The management team must improve it. In the last few months this place seems to be on the decline. Overworked....Stopped in today. (3.15.19 Donna was as pleasant as ever. Lunch service has improved slightly, but there is plenty of room for improvement.

We came to the church today and we could say that they were short employees. So it took a long time to get our order. However, the manager told us that they were only short help and patient. So we did it, our food was fresh and delicious. They were very nice and treated the situation very well. Management has risen and we have had a great experience. Very recommended. Very clean.

The food was good. Kaschiere, Donna, was as nice as ever. Unfortunately, this Wendy's was not stopped today. Trash containers were overflowing, trays stacked with garbage on them, tea/dlid station area was disgusting and small ketchup cups were just sitting on dirty counter area. The dining area was not much better. Hope that was just a bad day incident (can be made for whatever reason).

My wife n I always get the 4 for $4 n it's good, but today we were there around 11 am n the fries were cold n the ketchup almost empty. Should if had fresh fries and plenty of ketchup !! Shift manager needs to step up.
