Zaxby's Chicken Fingers Buffalo Wings

Food tastes good, but customer service is not good at all. I always waited for my corner after the call for approx. Pick up 5 minutes and put the cherry on my head, didn't give me soda and I paid for it.

Waited 21 min for my cold food and they did not add my spices that I had asked twice before the dressing and was both told by the young lady on the window, it was in my tray. And it wasn't a straw to drink my drink. Everything in all terrible cold foods was definitely not worth waiting

Almost every time I come here, it's not good and fresh. it tastes as if it had been sitting one. I just left and was disappointed again. I hate to come to this zaxby place

Average fried chicken, sauces were ok but taste a bit processed and not fresh. Friends are good.

Friendly workers, our food wasn't quite ready but he explained that and brought it out to us hot and fresh!!
