Subway - Conrad

The customer service was excellent, and the sandwiches were even better!

I don't visit this place often, but the last time I went, the person making my sandwich wasn't wearing gloves. This was recently, and it really affected my appetite. However, in the past, the service has been quite good.

I dined at five different Subway locations this week, and the one inside the Town Pump in Conrad stands out as the cleanest and friendliest. Rachel and her team always welcome you with a smile! Thank you for the fantastic sandwich today!

The store is incredibly clean! The staff, especially Rachel, were fantastic in assisting with my kids' orders. It can get chaotic when my little ones are around, but this place is wonderfully accommodating with its great employees!

I stopped in town on Labor Day, and Subway was the only restaurant open. Unfortunately, the two employees at the front seemed to be having a rough day. They appeared irritated and annoyed by every question we asked. I wouldn't choose to stop here again, as it felt uncomfortable to be such an inconvenience to the Subway staff.
