Dickey's Barbecue Pit - Conroe

This store is CLOSED. Don't order on line because they won't be there when you get there. HQ knows it but didn't update their website. They gave an immediate refund.

Worst service ever! never seen anything like that, very unprofessional.I made an order on line 2 times and when I went to pick it up they will be asking me what order? So I had to seat there for 20 minutes for them to make my order TWICE cause it was given to somebody else.They always out of something ?

Ordered two of the same meals through grub hub and when arrived only had 1order.. The Molly/jolly lady which I find out is the manager goes oh that's my fault but you can Come up and get a free plate.. I said free this is not free I already paid for it and if I wanted to drive i would have came up there right .. I'm sry that just rubbed me the wrong way.. Now one of my kids missed out and had to wait for another order.. Won't order from them again.. However the food was good

The worst Dickeys I’ve ever been to bar none 3rd visit 3 times no brisket. Staff is rude and unprofessional do yourself a favor go somewhere else!!!

Employees never get enought credit but once they opened i couldn’t get enough of it i go once a week for the sliced brisket and ribs 2 meat plate and couldn’t get any better. nothing beats it
