I recently had the pleasure of tasting two different kinds of Falacos dessert balls, and they were absolutely delicious! As someone who loves desserts, I was pleasantly surprised by the high-quality ingredients stuffed inside. Although I don't typically follow a vegan diet, that didn't stop me from thoroughly enjoying the Falacos meal I tried. I would gladly sample every delightful creation they come up with. I highly recommend giving them a try!

I was pleasantly surprised to discover such exquisite cuisine coming from a food truck. Courtney approached my tent at The Woodlands Farmer's Market just as we were closing, and I didn't think twice about grabbing a refreshing drink that really hit the spot. Once I got home, I opened my falaco to take my first bite, and it was a true delicacy! That first bite launched an incredible sensory adventure. My mouth is watering just writing about it. The combination of sight, smell, texture, and flavors in the falaco is absolutely delightful. Visiting a renowned downtown restaurant to enjoy the chef's creations suddenly feels unnecessary. Just follow Falacos, seek them out, and treat yourself to the extraordinary pleasure of what feels like a 3-Star Michelin experience right in our neighborhood.

What you did for the Canyon Gate charity event post-Hurricane Harvey was incredible! You were the only food truck providing healthy, fresh, non-fried options for the kids. I absolutely loved your tacos, and my neighbors couldn't resist ordering the same thing. The falafel was delightful, and the spicy sauce was fantastic. It was such a tasty vegetarian choice; I can't wait to find your food truck again!
