One time we got a waiter who didn’t understand our order, we both wanted no rice but two servings of refried beans. We got one small serving of beans on right side of plate and a lettuce salad on the left side ?‍

I've been coming to this place since day 1. Their prices went up after covid, it's whatever. However, they never came down like everyone else's did. I was in there tonight abs ordered a jumbo fresh watermelon and drank it there. I paid my tab and decided I wanted one to go as well. I approached the very rude and unfriendly female bartender and asked her for one to go. She then told me they only did jumbo to go Rita's. I asked what size that was. She responded 16 oz. I said then what is the next size up. She said a quart. So you're telling me the regular rita dining in is 16 oz but when you get it to go its suddenly a jumbo? And when you ask for a jumbo to go it's a half gallon? But if you dine in, the Jumbo isn't a half gallon but it's the same price? What the hell? Make it make sense then maybe I'll pay 16 dollars for a 16 ounce drink. Y'all are good but you're not that good bro!

June 13 2023I walked in for the first time craving enchiladas.Their was a blonde girl in training at the front by the door with this Hispanic short lady helping her .They both said hello and that was it .So I grabbed a brochure , thinking it was the menu and sat down .I sat their for 5 mins until they discovered I came inside to eat , so they gave me a menu.So I walked to the front and said thank you.I began to ask questions about the menu and the lady said the meat was cook to order , so I was excited .I asked about the Sopapilas , did it come with sugar powder, she said yes.The dessert come shipped , yadyada...I ordered beef enchiladas with a lemonade and sopapilas .My food came out in five mins .My food was coldI asked for another drink because my lemonade tasted like water , so I got a pinapple juice which tasted like the ones out the cans at the grocery store.My sopapilas was cold and hard with no powder.I told the lady and she never stepped foot in the back kitchen but told me in my face that my sopapilas are not cold , she know they made them fresh.I opened the tray and said pick one up and she refused.Then I said they did not put the powder on the sopapilas and she said it doesn't come with it . SmhLong story short ,Cook at home , my rice was hard , my beans were good and my enchiladas meat was cold with hot sauce on top.She remade my sopapilas and put cinnamon powder on top and it tasted better .Customer service is a 0Food is a 0 for ME.

It’s ok. Nothing spectacular but nothing that bad. Mediocre.Very expensive though. For example, two entrees and queso came out to $75 with tax and tip. Judge for yourself…

The mole sauce on their enchiladas was excellent, and their salsa is hotter than other restaurants. (A good thing.)Parking: FYI, due to the nature of the shopping center it is in, the semi that supplies its food has to park on the side. This will block some parking, but the transporters looked aware and worked to deliver supplies quickly even in the August heat.
