Olive Garden Italian - Conroe

Most Olive Gardens get a 3 star from me. It's just consistent Italian food. This location gets 4 stars all because of the service. I hope I do not butcher his name but DeAnte stepped in when our server did not show up for work on time. His section was across the restaurant but we never noticed. Drinks always full, refills of soup on time....JUST AMAZING. We dined there on 3/17 around 4pm and sat in the back near the restrooms. If I have his name wrong let me I'll update my review.

Our server was great! But the food was dirty. And the toilet had an automatic sensor that was terrible/broken. It just always rinsed while I actively tried to use it! The problem only started when I tried to use the toilet. The bathroom doesn't smell pleasant at all. Food: 3/5

The manager, Mary Jackson, the Conroe, Texas Olive Garden Restaurant is unprofessional in managing customer concerns. If screaming and saying, rude comments to customers is accepted by Olive Garden standards of employees representing the Darden Franchise, then I will not eat here anymore

My family and I ate here a couple days ago and we absolutely enjoyed it. I got the cheese ravioli with Alfredo sauce on top and it was delectable! Great customer service too! Highly recommend!

This review is not up to date, but I would like to thank sincerely and very praise Olive Garden Conroe for the honour of Veterans with a free meal last 11. November. The food was excellent as always and the hostesses were charming. This twenty-one year naval service member is very grateful for your restaurant.
