Feedback gevenMy mother and I went to the restaurant for lunch to enjoy the Lobster Fest before it ended. We planned to order the two tail meal but it was so large that we decided to split it. I asked our server, Ryan, if the kitchen could split it for us and he gladly agreed. When the meal arrived, we were pleased with how well it was divided. The food was delicious and I appreciated that they served melted butter with the lobster instead of oil. Ryan, our server, was fantastic. He was attentive, friendly, and always there when we needed him. The atmosphere was what you would expect from a Red Lobster, and I particularly liked the booths over the uncomfortable tables found in newer restaurants. The only downside was that there was a slight odor in the restaurant, possibly from the carpet. However, the smell disappeared quickly and did not affect my overall experience. I would have given my visit 5 stars if not for that minor issue.
We had some gift cards to use up, so we decided to give this Red Lobster a try while in the area. The restaurant wasn't too busy on a Tuesday at 2pm, but it was clean and had a comfortable and spacious atmosphere. We were seated right away and the waitress was friendly and efficient in taking our order. I opted for the endless chowder and salad lunch option, while my wife had the popcorn shrimp. The Caesar salad was delicious, but I was not impressed with the clam chowder, which tasted like it came from a can. The biscuits were great, as always. The service was excellent, and the manager even stopped by to ensure we were satisfied. Overall, the food was decent in terms of quantity and quality, and the value was good. With such hardworking staff, I believe this restaurant will only continue to improve. I look forward to returning soon.
I absolutely adore the seafood, corn dishes, and carrot cake that I used to enjoy at your restaurant when I was younger. The carrot cake, in particular, was a truly delicious dessert. It's disappointing to hear that all of your locations will be closing down.
Totally pleased with everything going on at this location. I had to run or else I would have personally shared with the manager. Greetings were warm and friendly as if they appreciate your business and presence. The entire restaurant was clean. Mikaela was on point with the entire meal service. She is friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and could make recommendations about dishes. Everything came out piping hot and fresh. The shrimp are large, sides were done well and the portions were amazing. They've truly stepped it up here. Honestly I was shocked. Great job to the team. It was even nice that servers coming on shift spoke to my table. Thanks for the wonderful experience.
We went last night around 6p, the restaurant (at least on the side we were on wasn't busy, lot of empty tables). We ordered margaritas and it took almost 20 plus minutes to get our drinks. There were three of us, two of us ordered salads and one salad was never brought to us and the second the waitress tried to deliver it 15 minutes after delivering our meal. We asked for extra lemons and bread, we had to ask twice for it. The fried flounder couldn't even be eaten and the shrimp Alfredo was old and the pasta was crunchy. The waitress didn't even stop by after we got the food, we finally flagged her down to get the check and she over charged us. But we couldn't even find her again to get the bill fixed so we had to on the table kiosk or we would have been waiting all night. I know it's not a fancy restaurant, but decent service would have been nice.
