Salata - Conroe

Somewhat pricy for a salad bar. Cafeteria style line and you pick your own table. There is no table service and you get your own drinks. Just too pricey for a basic serve yourself style reataurant.

My experience today at Salata was very poor. Being a first time customer at this restaurant, I expected greater expectations than what we receive my friend had hair and her salad. When we approach the manager and showed her the hair inside of the salad, her approach wasn’t customer service friendly at all. From the time we walked in the door until the time we left, we received no great customer service. It’s really sad because I had a really great expectations for this restaurant and if I could give a negative star, I would. I would never return again and I thought I should just share my experience.

The place is very nice,the food was exellent,but the cashier gave terrible customer service,She was arrogant and look like she was always in a bad mood.

I absolutely love this place!! They have a really good selection to choose from and make your salad to your liking.

The ladies there are always so kind, and the salad is as good as it gets (for salad anyway).
