Staff was very courteous, food was excellent, and the facility was clean. We will be returning.

I'm still trying to get ahold of someone to receive our party deposit refund. The date of the party was September 9th and it's now the 18th. The deposit was supposed to be applied to the total due. Unfortunately, we we charged the total PLUS the deposit. We ordered 2 pepperoni and 1 cheese pizza, yet we received 2 cheese and 1 pepperoni pizza. Refills on drinks were never offered, and no one checked in our party. We had several guests wait in line to recharge their playing cards, and the cashier would walk away without explaining where she was going or if she was coming back. Many of the game machines are broken, so I recommend not getting a card to play. We returned our shoes, and she put them directly back on the rack without spraying them. I wish I hadn't prepaid the 25% tip ahead of the service.

The bowling alley was decent. We didn’t get a try to ask throwing because my Littles were too small but the arcade was highly disappointing and not worth your time or money. None of the games worked and it didn’t give you tickets as it supposed to. The food I would rate at two.

Didn't have my size of shoes and didn't attempt to find a solution. Turned on the disco lights before 10pm and it was too hard to see the lanes. Loud drunks everywhere. Very expensive.

This place is much fun and nice. The atmosphere is really fun and exciting Great food too! All of the employees are so helpful and friendly!
