The Travellers Rest - Consett

I try to get every Wednesday night for a burger and a pint in the travs. they can double every burger for one that is fantastic. I forgot to mention that the burgers are the best in co. durham and the chips are to die!

Hid over this pub by fall. somehow the best pub, eat, personal and drinks of all time. the food was nice and the portions were huge. excellent value for money. we will be back in every case

I can honestly say that the Travs has the best Burgers, beer and service in consett by a country mile.. If not one of the best local pubs in the NE. Always look forward to bringing the kids here, always welcomed. Especially a Wednesday night during the school holidays.
