Not sure whether they chose retirement or if they were forced into it because of the construction and landlord raising their rent, but I will miss this place. The best Chinese food in the area and such sweet people. I wish them all the best.

In town for hockey tournament. Wanted takeout. Had good reviews and was close to the hotel. Very efficient. Food was hot, ready waiting for me when I got to the restaurant. (Right now it’s takeout only but that was what I wanted . Got egg drop and hot n sour soup, vegetable dumplings and chicken lo mein. Soups were as expected and hit the spot. Vegetable dumplings were AMAZING! Lo mein is narrow noodles (I like! and small chicken pieces (also like . Very good!! Came with all the condiments, plates, utensils, napkins and chopsticks. Also had fortune cookies and my favorite HOT TEA BAGS!! Never have I EVER had that with takeout Chinese. Yay! Very pleased and highly recommend!!

Went to The Golden Dragon for the 1st time.Their Pepper steak and onion, shrimp rolls, shrimp toast, chicken lo mein was good,like the flavors .Like the crispy noodles and the hot mustard too.Will be going back .
