Aqua by the Sea - Constanţa

Best restaurant in the tourist port. Pasta and mussels were delicious. Service was good, even the restaurant was full.

I walked by this restaurant and the menu looked ok so I sat down. Service was good enough. The highlight was the pasta with mussels and it was very delicious and a generous serving. The view as I ate was nice too!

I totally understand it's friday evening, but that doesnt excuse the waiters behaviours. There were 3 free tables: we were looking for an waiter to see if we can sit, one just waved No. At the second we just stood waiting because ot only had one chair, on waiter said we can sit but because we were only 2 persons we took a chair from the other table that was empty and a waitress camed and said very rydely that she needs that chair and we should look for another table!!!! We should start trusting reviews, no wonder they're so bad. I can understand fatigue, but not this bossy and rude atitude. Dont go there!

Dirty and sticky tables and menus. Poor service, they forgot the side dish. Ordered grilled Black Tiger shrimps and one of them was rotten. We sent it back but they said it was ok, unbelievable. Never coming back, very disappointed of the whole experience.

Mancarea ok, locatie ok, doar ca s-a gasit un papagal de ospatar sa ne țină teoria chibritului ca al nostru bebe de 8 luni a mancat si a dat pe jos, in conditiile in care "deranjul" a fost inclus in tips (iar mama bebelușului a cerut matura si faras să strângă). Patronul ar face bine sa instruiască personalul. De țărani veniti să muncească pe litoral, suntem satui.
