Sushi Box Constantia

I love all that Sushi Box Constantia has to offer. View, great food and non sushi options. The sushi came with very little ginger, I asked for more and then saw on the bill I was charged R12 for extra. Sneaky if you ask me. You can’t make reservations, so don’t pitch up too late in great weather. They also have the noodle box menu, which is great since we have shellfish allergy in the family. Would still return for the food and view. Just make sure to ask beforehand for enough condiments.

A better setting you will not find!! The views are stunning of the mountains with the vineyard in the foreground. We arrived early evening and it was a little hot and they kindly let us move the tables around so we had shade. King served us and he was so lovely. Quietly efficient and checked periodically if everything was ok. It is high season and this was definitely much speedier service than we have received elsewhere. Everyone was happy with their food. Best Sushi I ever had outside of Japan! Love the different creations, the sushi tastes great in every way ! And the super friendly staff let you feel welcome and does everything possible to satisfy you : Also babys and children are warmly welcome at this place.

Had a wonderful early lunch there. Sushi is great but your staff were awesome. They were so accommodating of my very active 2 year old. Will definitely be back.
