Like being back home in East Oakland.... great selection, reasonable size servings, decent prices. I've been visiting La Maquina in its various locations for about 6-7 years, and the food is always consistently good.
Highly recommend. Great tacos. All 3 that I chose, carnitas, asada and chorizo were fantastic. The ingredients seemed to be fresh and very flavorful. The owner is a great guy and gets that his success depends on customers. Remember that the truck is cash only.

Real deal, legit tacos are hard to find in this part of West Tennessee. I spend a lot of time in SoCal and these match up to any I’ve had out there. They’re worth every bit of the trip into Alamo.
