Bill Miller -b-q - Converse

My wife's salad looked like it was 3 days old. And the pumpkin cake didn't taste like he was old.

Salad De-lite. It used to be a meal. Now it's a side salad, but at a meal price. The form on the bread was the Deal Breaker. Not happy with Bill Miller.

I know now the reason why they need people. The employees talk to other employees horrible in front of customers and their managers. There was this employee waiting in line to place his order because he was on break. He was wearing a white shirt and I?m assuming he is a new employee and the cashier just told him to sit down we will get to him and I told her he can order and I don?t mind he was waiting for a bit. I hope that they are trained well but I guess the managers don?t care how they talk to each other. Yeah I worked for bill millers for on and off for 6 years before breakfast started and I was a assistant manager and never have I ever talked to an employee like the way she did.

Ok so I'm dropping my Stars . I stopped coming for a while for breakfast because they were over cooking the food and being stingy with the amount in the tacos. I went back today and the tortillas were all cold,the egg was hard and dry on one side like plastic. I took one bite to my taco and it broke in half. That's an old tortilla,and definitely not warmed up. The sausage was diced now into smaller pieces, I wound up making a tortilla at home and putting egg and saying it from the old taco. Of course I got yelled at from my husband for going back,and I should have made breakfast at home. We paid $25 for cold,small tacos! I want my money back!!!

I'm really disappointed with my dinner. I've had enough of Bill Miller restaurants. My family usually goes there for breakfast tacos, but we've had our share of problems, including undercooked tortillas and tiny tacos filled with less than two tablespoons of egg. It’s a level of quality that your employees, managers, and owners wouldn’t accept themselves. I'm serious about the minuscule amount of egg in those tacos. Overall, just another disappointing experience!
