Feedback gevenI love the new location! Even though prices have increased, the food is still top quality. Had a great lunch experience.
This experience is completely unacceptable. To start, the fries were not even placed in the bag properly and then when I dumped them out, they were cold and hard. I paid $20 for two meals and this is the quality I received. Bojangles, you really need to step up your game. This is the result of requesting fresh fries, apparently.
I have to say, Roderick is simply the best at his job! His customer service surpasses any I have ever encountered. He is patient, friendly, and knowledgeable. My child, who is a bit shy, was treated with kindness and assistance by Roderick when choosing items for their kids meal. He truly is amazing! Thank you, Roderick, for making our experience so enjoyable.
Service was great and the staff was very friendly. The new location is very nice and clean. My wife used the inside and said everything looks and felt very nice. Bathroom were clean, food was cooked right and tasted good.
I totally was unhappy. We have a new restaurant . The drive thru service was quick. Too quick. I didn't get eight pieces of chicken in my tailgate. My biscuits were on the hard side. My tea was just colored water. Most of all the prices have gone up.This was my third time complaining. But the staff seemed not to care. I used another Bojangles restaurant twenty more minutesfurther away. ??????????????
